About the Asheville Turkey Trot

The course launches from Woodfin Street, where the downtown YMCA anchors the start, and climbs into a residential neighborhood before a long descent brings you back toward Pack Square Park at the finish. The streets are not fully closed to traffic, so runners share the road with cars at points along the way.

Packet pickup the evening before is at a location announced closer to race day, with race-morning pickup at Pack Square Park before the start. The race benefits MANNA Food Bank. Dogs and other pets are not permitted on the course.
