About the All-Out Polar Prowl

The course runs along Van Bibber Creek Trail, a path that hugs open space with Table Mountain visible in the distance. The terrain is mostly soft asphalt with some stretches of concrete, and the elevation stays gentle throughout. The route is an out-and-back design, which means spectators can post up near the venue and see runners pass more than once.

Packet pickup is available the evening before at a location announced closer to race day, with race-morning pickup also on offer. Gear check is available at the venue, so there is no need to leave anything in the car.
