About the TURKEY TREK (13.1, 10k, 5k & 2k)

The course at Long Lake Ranch Regional Park is anything but flat. It climbs steadily to the top of a mesa, where runners can attempt an eggnog chug before running the exposed, windy ridge. The descent down the east side is gradual but winding, and the route back through the park throws in a hay bale hop and a pumpkin pie stop near the finish.

Packet pickup happens the evening before at Road Runner Sports in Westminster, with walk-up registration welcome at that time. On race morning, the expo opens early with late packet pickup available. Parking is described as ample in the park lots, with the expo and course access at the south end of the parking area.
