About the Advent Therapy presents the MES Polar Run 2027
The course runs from McAllister Elementary through the Buckhead East neighborhood, looping back for those doing the longer distance. The terrain is typical neighborhood running, so expect flat streets and easy footing. There is also a kids fun run alongside the main event, which gives the morning a school-fair kind of energy.
Packet pickup is the evening before at Georgia Game Changers, a local business in the area. The start is right at the elementary school, which means parking and the gathering point are in the same spot. Post-race, the organizers bring in free race photography, so no need to hand your phone to a stranger at the finish.
