About the Adirondack Health 5k Turkey Trot 2026
The course circles Mirror Lake on Thanksgiving morning, starting and finishing at the Beach House. It stays flat the whole way, which makes it a comfortable first race of the day for people who have already committed to a large meal. The race benefits a local food pantry and a scholarship fund, and runners are asked to bring non-perishable food to contribute.
Packet pickup runs the evening before at the Beach House, with bib pickup available again on race morning before the start. There is also a mystery Turkey Runner in the field; beat that person to the finish and you earn something to talk about at dinner.

Finish-Time Stats
Going by the 2025 results, this is a decent-sized field, and the spread of finish times is wide, so this is a mostly recreational race rather than one for club runners.

The Adirondack Health 5k Turkey Trot 2026 has been held every year since at least 2022. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
