About the 2027 AAPI 5K Run 'n' Walk Lexington
The course is USATF-certified and starts and finishes at Lexington High School. The race falls on Mother's Day, and the organizers lean into that, pairing AAPI Heritage Month with a family-focused morning. The route is a measured road course, wave-started by pace, so faster runners and those out for a walk both get a clean start.
Bib pickup runs race morning at the high school field house, with onsite registration available at the same time. Parking is in the high school lot off Waltham Street, with overflow on Park Drive and at a nearby track and pool parking area. After the race, a spread of AAPI cuisines is served on site, and awards cover overall, age group, and team categories.
