About the 605 Trail Fest
The race takes place inside a state park on the edge of Sioux Falls, and the trails there have real character. The course winds through wooded terrain with enough elevation change to keep things honest. There are distance options for adults looking for a genuine challenge and a shorter route for those who want a solid trail outing without pushing as far.
Packet pickup runs the evening before the race at a location to be announced. Race-morning pickup is available but limited, mainly for out-of-town participants. The park itself is the draw here, so arriving with time to take in the surroundings before the start is worth the effort.
