About the 5K & Fun Run for LIFE

The course runs through Hibernia Park on a mix of paved road and gravel, so trail shoes or something with grip will serve you better than road flats. The pavement rolls gently through trees and around a campground area, nothing steep, but not pancake flat either. A shorter untimed fun run stays on flat road out and back. Dogs and jogging strollers are welcome on course.

Registration opens before the race start, and there is a pre-race breakfast spread at the pavilion. A petting zoo and children's games run alongside the event, and the park has a playground, so families tend to stick around. Awards go out to top finishers and top fundraisers after the race wraps up.
