About the 12th edition Sole Mates 5k & Brew Fest
The course follows the St. Vrain Greenway out of the Shoes & Brews parking lot, an out-and-back shape with a lollipop loop worked in. The path is paved and runs through open greenway, flat and easy to follow. Waves are split by pace, so faster runners go first and everyone else, including walkers and dogs, goes out together shortly after.
Packet pickup runs across a couple of evenings and midday the day before the race, with a final window at the Shoes & Brews tent on race morning before the first wave. After the run, the bib gets you into the brew fest, where Left Hand beer and cider are poured alongside food, live music, and vendor booths. Spectators can buy their way into the party on the day.
