About the Zoomerangs! Kids Running Program
Zoomerangs is a kids running program based out of the fields behind an elementary school in West Hartford. Sessions run on Sundays through the fall, and the whole thing builds toward a goal race at the end of the season. Kids run laps, work on endurance, and the pace is entirely their own.
Families gather at the school fields, so parents can hang around or join in. There are rain dates built into the schedule, which takes some pressure off the calendar. The program wraps up with the Little Manchester Road Race as a finish-line moment for the season.
