About the Zombie Run Waldo
The course runs through dirt, woods, and open terrain at Waldo MX, a motocross and event grounds that gets taken over by zombies for the occasion. Runners start with flag-football-style flags on their waist, and stationed zombies throughout will try to grab them. Lose every flag and you finish as infected; hold onto one and you finish as a Survivor.
Obstacles, safe zones, water stations, and photo spots are scattered along the route, along with some Halloween surprises. The setup works equally well for people running hard for survival or moving slower in costume, and the organizers encourage friend groups to come dressed up.
