About the Zombie Night Crawl - 5K and Kids Run
This one runs at night, and the gimmick is real: zombies are stationed along the course, and runners start with a handful of flag-football flags as lives. Lose them all and you finish as one of the undead. The course crosses a bridge after dark, which gives it a different feel than a road 5K in daylight.
The race is part of a series held at a sports complex, so the start area is organized and easy to navigate. There is also a separate kids run, glow-in-the-dark themed, for younger runners with a guardian option if needed.
