About the Xavier's Run Memorial 5K

The course runs through the residential streets of Ave Maria, starting at the Town Center. It was created to honor a young runner who had planned to attend Ave Maria University, and proceeds support a scholarship in his name for students who reflect faith and leadership. The race includes age-group awards and a fundraising award for the top individual or team.

After finishing, runners can gather at a local café called The Bean for brunch, which requires a separate add-on at registration. The Town Center also hosts a food and community event later that morning, so there is reason to linger after the race wraps up.
