The course starts at the Schoolhouse Hotel and winds through the streets of White Sulphur Springs, crossing bridges and moving through residential neighborhoods before reaching Brad Paisley Community Park. There is one real hill on Old White Trail, a steady climb followed by a descent, and the rest of the route is street running through quiet parts of town.
