About the Woodbridge Turkey Trot 5K
The course rolls through residential streets and opens up along the waterfront, so the scenery shifts as you go. The pavement is not certified, but it is well-maintained, and the hills are gentle enough that the waterfront stretch feels like a reward rather than a relief. Costumes are welcome, which tends to make the crowd lively for a holiday morning.
Bib pickup happens race morning before the start, organized through a local running shop in Metuchen. There is a water stop or two along the way, and age group awards cover a wide spread of divisions, so competition goes deep into the field.

The Woodbridge Turkey Trot 5K has been held every year since at least 2020. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Oct 18, 2026.
