About the Wonewoc 5K Turkey Trot
This Thanksgiving morning race runs a new route this year, so even returning runners will be seeing fresh ground. It benefits a local youth club, and there is a short kids race that goes off just before the main event, giving families a reason to show up together. Those who cannot run in person can participate remotely and submit their results to the race director.
Awards go to top finishers across several age groups. The race can also be done virtually, with results submitted to the race director by a deadline in the days after Thanksgiving.
