About the Winston Prouty Foliage 5K and Little Leaf Dash

The trail route winds through forested land and open fields on a nonprofit's campus, with enough climbing to keep things honest. Valley views open up along the way. A shorter dash on pavement and open field is designed for young children and strollers, with just a gentle grade.

After the race, there is fresh fruit out, and additional food is available to buy. The morning includes fall-themed crafts and lawn games for families, so there is plenty of reason to stick around after you finish.
