About the Windom Area Health Wellness Center - Turkey Trot 2026
The course runs through the streets of Windom, looping out and back to the elementary school where the start and finish lines are set up at the main entrance. It is mostly a road race through town, and volunteers are stationed along the way. A water stop sits roughly at the halfway point. There is also a short kids' fun run after the main race wraps up.
Packet pickup and race-day registration happen inside the school cafeteria before the start. Parking is available in the school lot, and arriving early gives you time to settle in before pre-race announcements. Turkey legs are at the finish, and a prize drawing follows the awards ceremony.
