About the White Salmon Ugly Sweater Fun Run
Runners show up in holiday sweaters, the uglier the better, and head out through the streets of White Salmon. There is a shorter kids loop around Rheingarten Park before the main run gets going, so families tend to gather around that park area early. The course is on city streets rather than trails.
Bib pickup opens before the kids run starts, giving you time to settle in before the main event. The race coordinator has also offered to work with anyone facing financial hardship, which is worth knowing if cost is a concern.
