About the White Elephant 5K/10K/Half Marathon - Chattanooga

The course runs along the Tennessee River walk, which keeps things mostly flat the whole way. The half marathon covers the route in a couple of loops, so you see the same stretch twice. Self-serve water stations are spread out along the way; if you plan to push the pace and skip the stops, bringing your own hydration is worth considering.

Packet pickup happens race morning, opening an hour before the start. There is no separate pickup day to plan around, which keeps things simple if you are coming in from out of town.
