About the 2026 Web Hill Turkey Trot
This is an untimed Thanksgiving morning trot in West Hartford, open to runners, walkers, and stroller pushers alike. The proceeds go to the local school's parent-teacher organization, so the crowd skews heavily toward families from the neighborhood. It has a block-party feel more than a race feel.
A local coffee cafe sets up on site before and after, serving warm drinks for purchase. Spectators are welcome to hang around and grab something warm while they wait, which makes the start area lively even before anyone takes a step.
