About the Wayzata Turkey Trot

The course starts and finishes near the high school stadium, looping out through the neighborhoods to the north before returning to campus. The terrain is street running on a relatively flat route, the kind of neighborhood loop where you pass front yards and bare trees on a quiet Thanksgiving morning.

After the run, there is music and post-race refreshments at the finish area near the stadium, so there is a little time to linger before everyone heads off for the rest of the day. Packet pickup is bundled with race-morning registration.
