About the Warrior Dash

The course runs through the campus of East Stroudsburg University, starting and finishing at the stadium there. The shorter distance does a single loop; the longer adds a second. The terrain is campus grounds, so expect pavement and paths rather than trails. Age group and overall awards go to the top finishers across both distances.

Afterward, bagels, coffee, fruit, and granola bars are set out for everyone who raced. Door prizes and gift cards to local spots are drawn after the finish, but you need to be present to claim them.
