About the WALKer Run5K
The course follows an out-and-back path along the shore of Conneaut Lake, beginning at a beach used by the local fire department. The water stays in view for most of the route, which keeps to flat ground near the shoreline. Awards go to top finishers in both the running and walking categories, split by age group, so there is real competition across the field at every pace.
All proceeds support a local hospice organization. Check-in opens well before the start, and the organizers ask that you register ahead of time, since on-site registration the morning of the race is limited.
