About the Walk the Talk 5k and Fun Run
The 5k course is pending official USATF certification, which the organizers are actively pursuing. Beyond the run itself, the event doubles as a health fair, with a large gathering of local vendors, food trucks, educators, and coaches spread across the site.
On the day, expect performances from dance and gymnastics groups, open aerobics classes suited to any fitness level, prize bingo, and sign-up tables for local sports clubs and hobby groups like paddle boarding and pickleball.
