The Hornet Hustle starts and ends at the intermediate school, with the longer road distances looping out through town and back. The shorter options stay on school grounds, crossing grass, concrete, and track. The whole event is put on entirely by parent volunteers from the elementary schools, and the entry fees go back to those schools.
