About the VALOR 5K and Fun Run

The race starts at a golf club on the edge of Haymarket, and the course is built around honoring veterans and first responders. Local vendors and community partners set up at the finish, and post-race refreshments are out when you cross. The shorter fun run option makes it easy to bring kids or anyone new to racing.

Packet pickup runs the evening before at a church in Gainesville, a short drive from the start. Race-morning pickup opens early at the golf club itself, so you have a backup if the evening before does not work.
