About the 2026 USA Project Valor Badizo 5K
The course runs at Sullivan Park, a flat route open to runners and walkers alike. The race supports a nonprofit working to end veteran homelessness, and that mission is present in the atmosphere from the start. A flag ceremony kicks things off before the running begins, and a virtual option lets people participate from anywhere.
Post-race at the park stretches well into the morning, with food trucks, local vendors, live music, a car show, and games for kids. It feels more like a community gathering than a finish-line-and-go event.
