About the TyRUNnosaurus Run
The course runs through the Sawmill District and Old Town, on road surfaces that stay flat the whole way. It starts and finishes at Tiguex Park, across from the Museum of Natural History and Science, so the surroundings feel more neighborhood and history than generic urban race course. Several distance options mean you will see people of all speeds out there, including kids racing their own routes.
Packet pickup is the afternoon before at a local running store. A couple of nearby museums have designated parking lots, but the streets that wind through the course are off-limits for cars, so arriving a little early to sort that out is worth it. Bathrooms are at the start and finish area in the park.
