About the Turner County Christmas Hustle & Stroll
The course winds through the neighborhoods of Ashburn, and the race lands on Christmas parade day, so the streets already have that energy before anyone crosses the start line. Runners and walkers are encouraged to show up in festive gear, socks, bells, tinsel, whatever you've got. Proceeds go to the local high school cross country team.
The start is at the corner of College Ave and Gilmore Street. After the race, the Christmas parade rolls down Washington Street nearby, so most people stick around and make a morning of it.
