About the 2026 Turkey Trot

The race runs through Fairview Park, east of downtown Decatur, with several distance options from a short kids' dash up to a half marathon. The park setting keeps things contained and spectator-friendly, and the half marathon has a competitive expectation attached to it, which gives it a different feel from the shorter distances.

Packet pickup runs the evening before at the park pavilion, which is also the race-day hub for check-in and the start. A coffee truck is on site the morning of the race. Late registration is possible at the pavilion on race morning if you miss the online window.
