About the Turkey Tracks Thanksgiving Day 5K

The course runs at Grain Valley High School, which also hosts a shorter kids run on the track after the main race finishes. The event raises money for the school's cross country team, so there is a local, homegrown feeling to the whole morning. Age group and overall awards are part of the program.

Packet pickup is held the afternoon before at the high school, and race-morning pickup is available but limited. Picking up early is the safer move if you have preferences about what you registered for. Packets are not mailed and are not available after the race.
