The course runs along the Highland Canal on a wide crushed gravel path, heading north from Clarkson Street toward Orchard. Some stretches are open to the sun and others are shaded by trees alongside the canal. The terrain is smooth enough for walkers and runners alike, and the out-and-back shape keeps navigation simple. The start and finish are both at Family Worship Center.
