About the 2026 Trot Thru The Terrace 5K, 10K & 1 Mile

The course winds through a residential golf course community lined with oak tree canopies. The roads are mostly flat, which tends to bring out local runners chasing faster times alongside families doing the shorter distance. The start and finish are at a park along the river, near a boat ramp, and pets on leashes are welcome.

Packet pickup runs the evening before at the Temple Terrace Rec Center. On race morning, registration and bib pickup open well before the start. Parking is at the elementary school directly beside the park, so the walk to the start line is short.
