About the Triple Lakes Trail Race
The course winds through watershed trails connecting three lakes north of downtown Greensboro, passing through varied forest terrain that keeps the footing honest without being punishing. Several distance options range from a half marathon up to a long ultra, with relay formats available for teams. Aid stations are spread generously along the route and stocked with a real spread of food, including fruit, salty snacks, and Tailwind for hydration.
Packet pickup runs the evening before at Fleet Feet on Lawndale Drive, with race-morning pickup available at the start. The race begins and finishes at the back of Bur-Mil Park, reached by following the park road all the way in. Paved lots sit near the entrance off Owl's Roost Road, with some grass parking closer to the start area.

The Triple Lakes Trail Race has been held every year since at least 2015. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
