About the Toys for Tots 5K
This is a Toys for Tots benefit race put on by Del Vets, so the charitable angle is built into the fabric of the morning. The course is a road route out of the Del Vets Post, and a kids fun run shares the start area, so younger children are part of the scene alongside the main field.
Bib pickup opens race morning at the Del Vets Post and runs right up until the start, so there is no need to make a separate trip the day before. The start line and the post itself are the same spot, which keeps everything in one place.
