About the Toughest 10k Kemah

The course crosses the Kemah-Seabrook Bridge, which has a real grade to it. You feel it on the way up, and the views over Galveston Bay and Clear Lake are there if you want them. The finish is at the Kemah Boardwalk, right on the water.

The start and finish are both at the Boardwalk, and parking nearby is free. Runners enter the start chute near Saltgrass Steakhouse, and packet pickup on race morning happens along Kipp Ave at the Boardwalk arch. The bridge section has a strict time limit, enforced to keep the road permits intact.
