About the Topsfield Fall Foliage Classic Road Race

The course winds through Topsfield on roads, with a hilly stretch early on before settling into flatter ground for most of the route. Two distance options share that same opening climb, so expect to earn the easier middle miles. The surroundings are fall foliage country, and the timing of the race puts the leaf color right at its peak.

There is food at the finish, along with raffles and prizes for the top finishers in each distance. Proceeds go to food pantries and community service charities in the area.
