About the Tommy Laudani Delone Dash 5K/3K Trail Run

The course runs on the cross country trails at Codorus State Park, starting near the marina. Trail running terrain means roots, natural surface, and shade from the trees rather than a road underfoot. The park setting keeps things quiet and wooded for most of the route. Both a shorter and a longer distance option are offered, so runners at different stages can find their fit.
