About the TMC Arizona Distance Classic Half Marathon, Quarter Marathon and 5K
The course runs through Oro Valley with mountain views in nearly every direction, the Catalina range to one side and the Tortolitas to another. The terrain is open and the route is well supported, with aid stations and cheer groups along the way. A food truck festival, music, and a vendor expo fill the finish area, so there is plenty going on after you cross.
Packet pickup runs the evening before at a local running store in Tucson, with additional pickup the following morning at the same shop. On race morning, pickup opens early at the start venue itself. Parking closes before the first wave goes off, so plan to arrive with time to spare.

The TMC Arizona Distance Classic Half Marathon, Quarter Marathon and 5K has been held every year since at least 2017. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
