About the Theta Chi Trot for Troops
The course runs through a university campus, centered around a student union and chapel area. The route is open to runners and walkers, and the surrounding activity makes the morning feel more like a gathering than a race. A dedication ceremony honoring a veteran or military family is part of the event.
The campus center area hosts food, music, lawn games, and community booths before and after the run. Greek organizations and local groups set up along the course, so there is plenty going on even if you finish early. Packet pickup and start-line logistics are tied to the campus center as the main hub.
