About the Witch's Run 5K

The course runs through downtown Hartsville, starting in front of the YMCA. It is a Halloween-themed race, so expect costumes throughout the field, and there is a costume contest after everyone finishes. Strollers, dogs, and wheelchairs are all welcome, which shapes the feel of the morning. Proceeds benefit a local foundation focused on hunger, housing, employment, and education.

Packet pickup runs the afternoon before at a local credit union. Race-morning pickup opens well before the start, also at the YMCA start line area. Parking in the area has no noted restrictions, so arriving a bit early should give you time to settle in.
