The courses run along Oneida Lake on flat, paved roads and are USATF certified. It is a fast route with water available at spots along the way. Age group awards go deep into the field, and there is a timed kids mile before the main race gets going.
Packets are picked up on race morning at the Oneida Shores Pavilion, right next to the start and finish. Facilities are limited, so the organizers ask that you arrive ready to run.
