About the Sprouty

The Sprouty runs along the White River, with the surrounding landscape doing most of the talking. The course serves both a short and a longer distance option, so people tend to show up across a wide range of pace and purpose. It is part of a regional running series, so you will see some familiar faces if you have done other Upper Valley races.

The race is tied to the local elementary school's agriculture program, and that connection shows up at the finish: Dandelion Acres brings lettuce plants for participants to take home. Bib pickup happens race morning, so plan to arrive with a little time to spare before the start.
