About the Office 5K
The course winds through Scranton past locations that appeared in the TV show the race is named for, so there is a loose scavenger-hunt quality to the route even if you are just running it straight. Costumes are encouraged, and the costume contest has enough categories that genuinely obscure character choices get their own recognition alongside the obvious ones.
The race starts in front of a bar on Linden Street, and a block party with an awards ceremony follows immediately after. Packet pickup runs the evening before at Cooper's Seafood House on Washington Avenue, with bib pickup available again on race morning for those who cannot make it the night before.
