About the Monster Dash
The Monster Dash takes place on the track at Biddeford High School, so the surface is even and the course is simple to follow. Costumes are encouraged but not required, and the mix of a short sprint option alongside a longer community run gives the morning a loose, neighborly feel.
Instead of an entry fee, runners bring a non-perishable food item, a canned good, or a hygiene product. Donations go to local organizations including the Biddeford Food Pantry. Snacks and light refreshments are available after you finish.
