About the Little Guild 13th Annual Run & Wag 5K
This is a dog-friendly road race that starts and finishes at the Cornwall Green. The course runs through the Cornwall Valley, and you are encouraged to bring your dog along. Awards go to top finishers in the usual age and gender categories, and separately to the fastest human-and-dog teams. Chip timing keeps it honest.
Packet pickup opens about an hour before the start, also at the Green. Post-race, there is food, ice cream, and live local music. The proceeds go to a local animal rescue organization, so the crowd tends to lean toward people who showed up for both the run and the cause.
