About the Homer Races: The Homer Classic 5K and The Homer Parade Mile

The mile runs through downtown Silverton as the actual lead of the local parade, so the crowd is already there lining the streets before you start. The following morning, the longer race begins and ends at the high school, following a flat route out to a historic covered bridge, the only one of its kind in the county.

Packet pickup for both races is handled on race morning. The high school has plenty of parking for the longer race.
