This one runs at night, the evening before Halloween, through the streets of Vandalia. The route starts and finishes at The Copper Penny, a local bar and gathering spot, and passes through the middle of town. Porch lights are on, people are in costume, and the whole thing has the feel of a neighborhood out celebrating the holiday.
