About the Compass Pointe 5K
The course winds through the streets of a residential community, so the surroundings are houses and neighborhood scenery the whole way. It is a Halloween-morning race, which tends to bring out costumes and front-yard decorations along the route. The event benefits a local food assistance organization, so there is a purpose behind the footsteps beyond just finishing.
After the race, the community's culinary club sets up food, a local brewery brings beer, and a live band plays. The gathering moves inside and outside a large covered pavilion on the property, so the post-race hang has some real infrastructure behind it.

Finish-Time Stats

How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
